Troubleshooting
Problem
Clicking on a tab in a multitab portal page imported from Cognos 10.2.x results in prompt "Do you want to open or Save <report view name>" instead of displaying most recently saved output.
Symptom
Multitab portal page is pointing to folder containing report view which based on a tabbed report.
In the properties of the report view, it is set to view the most recent output.
Cause
The source report's report property 'Run with full interactivity' value is set to Yes
Resolving The Problem
In the source report, change the report property 'Run with full interactivity' value set to No
Do a 'run as' on the report view and save it to create new saved output for the portal page to display
