  • The Discussions forum is where you can interact with the global community of Cognos Analytics users, including members of the IBM teams. Search the posted topics to see whether someone has already:

    • asked a question you have;

    • shared their thoughts about using Cognos Analytics;

    • reported a technical issue they’ve encountered while using Cognos Analytics.

  • Posted topics can be quickly searched and browsed, and you can choose whether to be notified by email when someone comments on one of your posts, on other posts that you’ve commented on, liked, or bookmarked, when someone comments on your profile, or when someone mentions you in a comment.

  • There may be situations where due to business impact you require more immediate assistance than might be available via the Discussions forum.
