"Allowlist email domains" doesn't work when you enter multiple domains

Troubleshooting

Problem

With the release of Cognos Analytics 11.1.5, there is now a functionality that allows administrators to create a list of allowed email domains.
From 11.1.5 to 11.1.7, this setting is called “allowlist email domains
From 11.2.0, this setting is called “Allowlist email domains
When “Allowlist email domains” values are entered, emails can be sent only to the specified comma-separated list of domains.

But when you enter multiple domains in this "Allowlist email domains" field (eg: "ibm.com, google.com"), it does not work.

Symptom

Users receive this error message:
We were unable to send a message to one or more recipients. Please contact your administrator.
Error message: CNC-SDS-0336 There are no valid recipients for the message. The message will not be sent. Please check delivery addresses.

Cause

This error is caused by the blank space between the values used in the "Allowlist email domains" field: "ibm.com, google.com"

Resolving The Problem

Remove any blank spaces in the comma-separated values used in the "Allowlist email domains" field.
Example: "ibm.com, google.com" has a blank space between the ',' and the 'g' characters. Remove that blank space so that the string looks like: "ibm.com,google.com"
